The foundation for AI-native transformation. Risk managed. Trust kept.

Becoming AI-native is the hardest transformation established institutions will take on — and the one they can't afford to get wrong. We're building the foundation that makes it achievable, and working privately with a small number of regulated enterprises while we do.

Ādisūtra.ai — from ādisūtra (Sanskrit): "first principles", reasoning from foundational truths, not convention.

Why now

Agentic coding moved the bottleneck

When an AI agent can build in an afternoon what used to take a quarter, speed stops being the constraint. The new constraint is architectural truth — does the agent, and the engineer reviewing its work, actually know your decisions, your standards, and the shape of your estate?

Architecture knowledge rots. Decisions sit in stale wikis, the "current" stack is tribal lore, and nobody can answer "why did we choose this?" six months later. AI coding tools amplify the cost of that ambiguity — and in regulated industries, ambiguity is audit risk.

That's the problem we're obsessed with. The how is what we're building — quietly, with our design partners.

Stale wikisDecisions scattered, out of date, and unowned.
Tribal knowledgeThe "why" lives in people's heads, then walks out the door.
Ungrounded AIAgents build without knowing your architecture.
Audit exposureNo provenance when a regulator asks how and why.

We're working privately with a select few

We partner hands-on with a small number of regulated enterprises — as design partners and through advisory — while we build. If that's the kind of partnership you're after, tell us where you are and we'll respond within two business days.
